The password may be spelled incorrectly. Please pay attention to case sensitivity; the software treats spaces like normal characters. The password is a maximum of 20 characters long.

The username may be spelled incorrectly. Please pay attention to case sensitivity here as well, and potentially excess spaces. The username is also a maximum of 20 characters long. The username is not your email address.

Are you logging in at the correct web address? We emailed you the correct login address when your access was activated. You may only see the full current address by clicking in the browser address bar.

Did you activate your access after registration?

Resetting the password only works if you have stored a valid email address and can retrieve emails for it. The corresponding email could also land in Spam/Promotions/Junk folders.
